Replacing mine now at only 42k. I know another guy that has 250k on an '07 and has never replaced them. I think it's like everything else, some good, some great, and some that ain't worth a squirt.

I did this on a 3rd gen and there was drilling involved. No drilling would be a nice improvement.

I'm with the tire crowd. Had 37" BFG A/T's (D rated) with terrible death wobble. Went to 35" Toyo Open Country M/T's (E rated). No more DW.

Is it 04 or 04. 5? Different engines. 04 is 305 hp, 04. 5 is high output 325 hp. There are a few difference between the two. Others will know more and better than me.

I got the flares from an on-line Mopar store. These days I think Geno's sells the same flares. Yes I relocated the cummins badge, got replacement badges from Geno's.

I did the fender flare thing. I sanded away the rust, applied a nice layer of rust inhibitor, painted, then slapped on the Mopar PW fender flares. I'm sure it is only prolonging the misery, but I did this about a year and a half ago and it seems to be holding up well. Good luck!

When you say that the difference is like night and day, are you referring to the system itself or going to the 50/50 mix? I have always used a 50/50 mix but I was considering using washer fluid (because I keep running out of methanol). Would like to know about your experience between the two...

I will only get about five WOT runs before I need a refill. That's on the regular tank not the 7 gallon one.
