I remember it being a tight fit and after finding a bolt that I missed it came out fairly easy. I removed it by myself and just made sure not put a strain on wires or plastic as I worked both sides.

Do you have duel heat control on your system? If so you will only be able to use the mode 1 and recirc door from Heater Treater. I ordered all four and ended up sending two back.
