    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Oil on turbo fins

    I was looking at my turbo the other day when i noticed an oily film on the fins as well as behind where the silencer ring should go. First time diesel owner is this normal? Also i am getting some negative pressure in my fuel tank. Will this hurt my injector or lift pumps and what might it be...
