When I first did mine, it had a fit on initial startup too. However, letting it idle for a few minutes and after like 3 key cycles the code went away. My belief is to let it build up pressure and flow through before putting it in gear. I've done this two times again without incident!
This is exactly why BMW and Mercedes no longer sell diesels to comply in the United States! Just pure ridiculous, and they didnt buy into the Democrats Dumbing Down Campain in America! The EV push is strictly due to investments! There was a comparable study of a Chevrolet Volt against a Ford...
Yes, I heard of it and its now for the 2013-2018 6.7 trucks. Its actually an expansion from the 2019 Truck Campaign. I say, No Thank You! You know nothing good will come of it...
On my 2016 it sure does! I had a 2500 and installed airbags, bars, all sorts of things to smooth it out, and yet all that money didn't produce the results I enjoy with this truck. This beast handles the camper w/o breaking a sweat! Additionally, with the camper on, this truck rides so, so...
I carry a Lance 855s on mine. Same setup, SRW, Aisin but I also have the factory bags. I have no problems with this loaded. On my 2004, I did need the hellwig sway bar, but not on this guy. Rides terrific!
I have a Lance 855s on my rig and it doesnt even know its back there, seriously. I had it on a 2500 and yea, you could feel it, but my 3500 hauls this with ease. I have the auto level bags and aisin transmission and couldnt be happier with this setup.....
Dang dude! Something not right. I do have the AISIN and most of the time its rock solid at 167, once in awhile I'll hit 187 in the mountains but I never seen higher than that!!!! I'd change my underwear with those temps....
I'm betting you got salt water in a place you shouldn't have....corrosive salt got you! I have the oem air suspension too, but I havent studied it. I would look at the wire(s) where the compressor is at and check all that out since it does have a cover. I'm not sure where the module is for...
If your going to do it, its not hard at all, BUT, you will want a helper to hold that pump in place to get them threads going. It will make the job so much faster. I tried by myself, but just couldnt get the threads going as I would cock the pump.......
