    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Manifold Heater Not Working

    2000 Ram 4x4 5. 9. Truck starts good when it's cold and plugged in. Will start when cold (22 degrees) but runs runs very rough for 20 to 30 seconds. I carry extension cord with truck to plug in when I can but can't do that when no electricity around. I have been told by other dodge diesel...
