    2008 3500 6.7L no crank no start

    What leads me to believe it's the ecm is that the truck has a tuner on it for deletes and I can NOT I program the vehicle or do anything with the tuner. It doesn't connect at all. I can connect with a scan tool but can't go any further.

    Every other light illuminates. I can do a gauge check by holding the trip/reset button and turning the key forward. No problems there. Btw.. I have removed the dash to verify no loose connections at the back of the IC.

    This thing will not do ANYTHING!! Checked all fuses, swapped TIPM, checked starter relay, even jumped the starter.. No broken wires.. I can turn the key to run and jumping the starter and it will not fire off. The biggest concern to me is the fact that the PRNDL lights are completely off. It has...
