    Just got back from a test drive. No more chatter. I guess time will tell if it stays like that and if it does I know I need 3 bottles of Mopar LS additive from now on.

    Thanks. I was wondering about the case spreader. I thought about ordering one but everytime I've done a diff I haven't needed it. I stopped by the dealer and bought a bottle of LS additive..... for $7 it's worth a shot. If I do have to rebuild it where is the best place to get the clutch packs from?

    Yeah... I might try dumping another bottle of additive in to see before I rip it apart. I might just try and find a D80 and put that in vs. rebuilding and putting any money in this 70 though.

    The Trac-Lok unit in my D70 is chattering. I am running Amsoil SVG-75w-140 oil and two bottles of the Amsoil LS additive. I can feel the vibration on turns and I know it's the LS unit. The fluid is not that old and I changed it when this started... . I figured it might just take a bit to work...

In talking with Pat @ BD 42 psi is the "max" efficient boost on the map for the special..... so since I can touch 45-47psi... it's not that much out of the map but if I was to adjust the gate to open a bit sooner would I be able to bleed some of that pressure off and reduce...

    There is a big difference in power. It comes on smoother and pulls a TON more now. i can really feel it. Pat @ BD told me the same about the barking with the large single and said it isn't a huge deal with it under boost. The CPP injectors... . they are nice but a little dirty. I knew that...

    Cam is in the works and next on the list when the budget allows. With those injectors and the HX35 it dynoed at 383hp/1022tq. I am hoping to see 450+ with this turbo. My goal is to be in the 12's on fuel only.

    I will check that tonight... . I don't think anything is wrong other than I'm not used to this set-up yet and need to do some tuning but I'll check the pyro since it's in a new manifold too.

    I did some more driving today. I noticed that at part throttle when coming onto the highway from the ramp when the converter locks it will bark the turbo... if I am higher in the RPM range it won't or just barely in the throttle it won't. Now I still haven't been able to drive the 100 miles BD wants for break in so I haven't been able to get on the truck but I have a few questions. I understand my cruising EGT's are going to be a bit higher...

I found the P/N on the top of the tank and can get a replacement for $180... . The only issue is the old one had...
