Hello Paul I live in LA and have actually been rescued a time or two by the long Beach fire boat guys. I have a 1995 Willard with a Cummins 6bt and was interested to hear the fireboats have twin Cummins screws. I would not have guessed that from the sound of the boat that rescued me. Anyway I was wondering who did the repowering on all the lifeboats. Was it that Tony guy at sbmar in oxnard, or someone local? I may upgrade to a 270hp after cooled motor with new konrad twin prop at some point and need to have a decent local shop to do the transplant. Thanks much, Karl in LA 310.614.2568
