Please tell us about TruckWorkz--is it parts or a shop or both?--just accessories? Does it have a website?

    200 gph fass not impressed

IMHO, his post is what a board like this is s'posed to be all about... if you resolve his issue, you certainly have every right to come back & post about it and to encourage your customer to do so also. If FASS owners are expected to keep quiet about their breakdowns, then that should prolly...

    Lift pump question

Unfortunately, alot of guys without gauges find out about lp issues when they discover that their injector pumps go bad & as I understand it, ip problems are associated with hard starting issues... So, you're not a car guy--I'm not either... and you don't trust your local mechanics on your...

    Lift pump question

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge installed?--it's easier to diagnose a lift pump issue if you have one.

Alliant OEM Replacement Lift Pump Option ??

Heads Up: I just talked to Alliant tech support re these for my '01... he said it is internally identical to stock, except that it has an internal bypass so that it will pass fuel in the event of it's own malfunction and also that it is tweaked for low psi (~2psi/hi volume), so you'd havta put a...

Thank you, MAV1... If anyone becomes aware of an Airtex introduction of a model for the relocated configuration (or more news re the same), please post!

Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) El Paso, TX or Las Cruces, NM shops for lift pump issues?

I've come to agree with that, JKinney, but I'm thinking along the lines of installing the relocation kit as a short-term fix & a future backup to whatever I get inspired to go with as my main system... If I become convinced that my current pump is definitely shot, then I might rethink that plan.

2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Which lift pump (aftermarket) to buy

For you guys who are fans of Walbro & Holley, what should we make of the fact that those weren't designed for diesel & that the mfr's purdy much recommend that they not be used in Diesel systems?... & wouldn't that void any warranty coverage?

Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Low Fuel Pressure, changed fuel filter & at first OK, then low fp again

I started it up again & it went directly to 12 & stayed there... just in case the fillup followed by the hard turn REALLY did make a difference, what's the easiest way to stir up the fuel that's in a tank?--or is TOO much stirring a BAD thing?

Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) El Paso, TX or Las Cruces, NM shops for lift pump issues?

Anyone... ? I've got persistently intermittent low fp gauge readings & wanna take it in for troubleshooting and/or replacement & relocation to elsewhere on the frame.

Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Low Fuel Pressure, changed fuel filter & at first OK, then low fp again

I've wondered if it's just the gauge, but how would I check it? I've never run bio-diesel... I'm trying to get up to speed on the pump replacements & will prolly go for Geno's relocation kit, especially if this one starts acting right... I dunno what an isolator is, so I'm prolly not running...
