My 2000 2WD SWB has 155K and until now the only thing that ever failed was the lift pump at 100K. Been used to haul, tow 30' flatbed for work and have played hard with it. However, always changed the fluids and filters on or before sked.

Rick - Thanks for the advice. You were right, the 20A starter fuse was blown. When I put a new fuse in, the starter made a click like it intended to rotate then blew the new fuse again.
