Only time I have experinced any gravelly sound is when I lug it down in gear while going through a parking lot {low speed} with the clutch out. That is to be expected which is not good so I engage and coast.

I have never had any transmission rattle or clutch rattle noise or any grinding. With the new set up or orginial set up. I do goof up sometimes and shift into the wrong gear but rarely which would be operators error. So what is the 6. 7 damper installation advantage? Thanks
