will keep everyone posted as I spoke with another dealer today and I was told bad inj from the way I described it. I will find out next week. dealer claims they are having alot of inj problems. thanks

had a friend drop me off at dealer after they called and said it sounds fine. I parked his next to mine and there was a huge differance. service manager said I can hear the difference and will get back to you. well he got back to me and said dc said if it is not broke dont fix it!!!

thanks for your input but the three people that asked me why so noisy all have 04/05 diesels also but I guess they are unaware of the sounds of a diesel.
