120,000 is there a pressure return valve on it my old dodge would get that way i would have to change it

hi i have a 06 cr cummins i have 14 psi on the lift pump at the injection pump its hard to start and when i turn the key off i can watch the psi drop to 3 psi if i give it a hit of starting fluid it starts rite up. is there a banjo bolt with a fuel pressue spring on the return any were like...

I was also told it should help with my extreme cold start up i would have to give it a sniff of ether when it was below -5 out

I put the scan tool on at the shop and i was around 4700 starting so i put a new lift pump on and it went back up to 7200 it starts with 22psi idles at 17 and wide open 9

Same as stock and they cant hit any thing or each other
