Im working on my "03" 3500 trying to get to the U-joints as well ,Im running in to the same problems , I thought I would replace the bearing with some new ones but NAPA and another part store cant get them,the dealer wants $405. 15 for one ! Wow ! Is there a lower price out there ??

Thanks for the fast replys. No heater motor fan makes for a COLD :( truck when it is 7 degrees out like this morning. I will give your suggestions a try.

Here is a strange one (to me). At times my heater motor fan will not come on. I notice that when this happens that when I shut the truck off and take the key out the steering wheel is not locked. If I turn the key one and bounce the tilt wheel up and down a few time I can get it to work...

My box is the new model from what the manafacture said,and I also noticed in the instructions that the first pins are never used when switching to different settings ,only the last two sets of pins are jumped,I find that to be rather odd and I wonder if the instruction sheet is...

I installed the Edge EZ on my 2003 3500 with 56,000 miles and the motor has a very loud knocking sound with it pluged in ,(like to much timing advance ) I called EZ and they said a little more noise is normal and told me to check for trouble codes to see if something else is wrong , Two codes...

Just installed th EZ in my 03 and there sure is a lot of engine noise (rattle) and rough idle. Is this normal or is something wrong here. Thanks Bob
