I have read posts about grabing and stopping the fan at idle. I tried my this weekend when changing the oil, filters, and fuel filter. I could not stop mine. Not sure if that is a good gage but it tells me everything is ok!

I am no cummins guru, but in my truck after 2500 rpms, I lose the ability to gain horse power and speed. I have to shift gears and throttle down for more speed. This is a diesel, and not a gasser. Torque and Hp are made in the lower rpms unlike the gassers where they make them in the high rpms...
The AC wiring rubs bare on a bolt on the rear of the AC compressor... it does cause some weirdness. I found mine worn through quite a bit of wiring insulation, with a fairly large bare spot. It caused a rougher than normal idle... the truck actually started hard initially once it was repaired...
So I got the Banks Ram Air kit yesterday and Installed. I got a few pictures, but I forgot to get the final installed picture. I was so excited when I finished I went for a drive. I was getting about 32 psi on the boot gauge. Now I can get 35 psi easy. I am so happy!
