Does anyone know the torque specs for the 10mm bolts on the transmission fluid pan. I’m going to do the service and don’t want to over tighten them and risk damaging the gasket. I searched the forums but didn’t find this specific info.
I tested them myself and disconnected the crossover cable as suggested by TDR member Edankievitch. I should have tested them myself originally, but while I was out and about that’s when I swung by the auto parts store figuring I needed batteries so I had them do it.
I tested them myself and discovered the passenger side battery was not taking a charge. I replaced both batteries and message no longer appears and I’m getting a good charge to both. Thanks for all your help!
Ok, I went out this morning to test the batteries and they read 12.4 & 12.3 respectively. I wanted to test the alternator, the radio and dash lights came on but the truck didn’t even turn over. Re-checked the batteries and now they’re both dead.

My truck (2016 3500 SRW) has recently been doing the same thing where I get a “100% full regen in progress” however today I noticed the check engine light came on. I haven’t noticed any performance issues and drive at 65+mph until it shows 70% where it gives me a regen complete. The engine light...
I'm about to change the differential fluid for the first time on my 2016 3500 4x4 SRW. I was wondering if I need to add an additive like Amsoil Slip Lock. I believe the AAM 11.5 rear end has the TracRite helical differential (no friction plates). I'm a newbie, so any and all info would be...
I have the same truck and am getting ready to change my differential fluid for the first time also and was wondering if you decided to go with the Amsoil 75w-140? Did you use an additive as well?
