I know this may sound crazy, but try this:take the mirror and fold it in toward the window and the return it to the normal position. Make sure it is in the "detent" when returned to the normal position. I don't know why :confused: , but it worked for me :-laf . Good luck .
I too had this problem, except, the horn only blew when the outside temp went below about 15 degrees F. The Dodge Service Writer told me it was the horn pad, so , it must be a common problem. My dealer had to order the pad. It was replaced under warranty.
