HBralow, The Senior Diesel Tech showed me the numbers on the diagnositc; I happend to be working another issue and was insistant on knowing the exact numbers. What values do you understand to be Regen threshold?..... maybe he had the threshold wrong. David

My '11 has aprox 15k miles and it has not regenerated to date. I recently had it at the dealer and specifically had them verify with diagnositc; they reported its count is at 4000, they noted count needs to be at 25000 or higher to cause a regen.

Update... ... No progress made in solving my driveability problems with Chrysler Mid Model Year Manager at Cummins or my local Dodge Dealer; I've given up on both of these avenues. Now starting research into aftermarket controllers. Thanks, David
