Fleetgard MicroGlass LF3552 is good ($6-$8).
AutoZone carries Deutch/STP filters ($4-$6) which are good, though I wouldn't use them with synthetic oils. As other posts advise, stay away from Fram for the time being... . Review the recent TDR article on filter composition for more info.
I've not had the leaks (fortunately), but I did replace the stock plug with Geno's EZ Change Plug and Draintube (part #s 0428 and 0601). The EX plug does not negligably reduce ground clearance, and the setup makes for real easy oil changes. I recommend it.

In general, CH designation meets/supercedes any prior CF specification.

I was in/under the truck again today and still cannot find any evidence of leak, nor can I detect cracking fuel lines/hoses. I guess I'll give our Cummins South service center a call...
