Theres not much difference between the two unless you have some other mod besides just the edge like a bigger turbo or maybe a trans upgrade.

The overhead display does not know about the added fuel the box is giving. It will read higher than you are actually getting beacause the box is lying to the ECM about the timing and what it is giving to the engine.

Put mine on two months ago and increased boost response some and gained 3 to 5 lb boost on stock turbo. EGTs fell about 50* to 100* I like mine bolted in easy other than when i closed the hood I broke my custom grill light up kit.
