I can't feel any vibration at all thru the steering wheel. Rotating tires doesn't change anything. Pinion angle (?) - the suspension is completely stock.
I have a strong vibration between 65 and 70 mph. Tire balance has been checked and rechecked, rear drive shaft has been rebuilt and balanced. The steering wheel doesn't vibrate, just the truck. Any ideas?
Truck is '96 2500,regular cab, 4x4, 110,000 miles.
Thanks,
Don
I have a 2002 Dodge 4x4 auto with the stock HY35 Turbo. By swapping the 12 sq. cm exhaust housing off of a HX35 will I have the same performance as
swapping a complete HX35?
In other words, is the compressor side the same on both turbos?
Thanks.
How about upgrading the 47RE with a DTT or ATS valve body and no other changes. Would it be worth it? Will you get firmer shifts? Would it be wise to add 90 HP with just the valve body change?
Has anyone had the experience of the pre-turbo pyrometer probe burning off and going through the turbo?
Just installed mine pre-turbo, but the gauge vendor advised against it, saying he had seen a couple dozen turbos ruined this way.
