Hey Guys, so i have turned up the power screw, and now my idle has increased is there a way to turn down the idle without re adjusting the power screw.

ok so here is a new one. i have shortened the throtle arm to make the pedal more responsive, and now my OD kicks out when im on the freeway. is this a tps malfunction or does the tps not like the shortened cable and should i put it back?
