    Yes but me question is at the transmission relay. Should pin 10 in the pic have 12v with key on engine off?

    Question on the transmission relay switched power side. I have 12v to relay from battery but on the 12v to relay from ignition switch I get a 12v volt flash of power then goes away. So no power to plug at top of transmission with key on, but I do have 12v when running. Is this normal, from...
