For what its worth to everyone, I did follow the instructions in the owners manual, it didn't work. I wound up taking the vehicle back to the dealership and it required a reflash to correct the problem.

Well, well, well, 184 people have viewed my post and only 2 folks have offered advice, thank you to the 2 that have responded. Not sure if it was the way I posted or what, I would have been open to suggestions on how to properly post if someone would have offered. I will not be renewing my TDR...

I thought that I had tried that but I will certainly give it another try. This is driving me nuts to not be able to figure it out. Thanks for the response

OK, first post so I'll try not to have a train wreck here, 2016 Ram 2500 SRW CTD Tradesman Auto, changed engine oil and filter at 14090, reset oil filter life with no issues, changed both water separating filter and main engine fuel filter with no joy on resetting. Pictures below of my Driver...
