When mine broke, with 25,000 mi. , the dealer replaced it free of charge. I don't know how often he would be willing to do that, but there's obviously a design flaw. I'm going to try the trick mentioned to prevent over-flexing.

Hi, all! On the way home from work today, my AT began to downshift as soon as I lifted from the fuel pedal-it was almost as if I were hitting the brakes. It then seemed to wind tighter before up-shifting. 19,000 miles, and I haven't experienced this before, even when towing through mountains...

Thanks for the info, Preston. BTW I was told today by a local dealer that Reese & Draw-Tite were one & the same. I don't know if he meant they were made by the same company or were just identical. He carried both brands. Steve

Do you have a web address for the RBW hitch? Also, am I to understand that the RBW fits on the Reese rails? Thanks
