in my neon r/t I just replaced my PBB (cassette) with a RBQ (in dash 6 disc) and it also plays the ext cdc (OEM 4 or 6 disc seperate changer). Also bought a single in dash CD wich is a RBK. My friends 04 has both the cass & CD and I think it is the same mounting.
I have a full size battery for the brakes (break away). I run a winch/lights all from the trailer battery. The battery gets charged from the truck. I can turn on lights even with no truck attached (short time of course). I connected the trailer back up lights on the trailer to a relay. the relay...
Remember that the suction side of the pump should NEVER use a paper element filter. The pre-filters are actually a wire mesh screen. I get mine from NAPA, listed under the tractor section, you know JD & IHC. I never had any trouble with mine, even during winter. I do treat the fuel every fill up.
I just went the stock route, mopar parts, mail order to save $ -. I took off front bed ground, disconnected filler neck to bed, loosened the back two bed bolts at bumper 1/2" inch. , remove all other bed bolts, I jacked bed near cab with port-a-power (harbor freight special) , but a floor jack...
I believe the vin must match (flashed). I tried to swap a ecm, only to get the blinking cel. However swaped a ABS controller with no problems. The buss is 5 volts on two pins, did you check that? Start with the pins in the ODB port. the 5 volts comes from the body timer behind the dash. There...
Along with freon they add oil. the reason to run the compressor is to dry the air (defrost works better) however the seals need to be lubed often. Rembember john q public doesn't do anything but drive. I run my ac once a month on cars I store over winter. I guess you could pull the relay... . If...
maybe the pcm holds back some fuel/boost/timing back until up to oper. temp?
If your talking rattle, my motor is loud. I get some timming advance from the pump & some more from the programer.
If you want to hear an awful sound turn on the 3 cylinder cold start.
I run amsoil and at 1/4...
isolator seperates the fuel from the antifreeze. A must have!
the snubber goes on the guage to stop needle bounce. optional.
I had a sticky snubber so I removed it, NO problems. Besides hearing the 3 sec prime I see the needle do a quick jump. That jump is what stoped along with a very...
Unplug the switch in the porportion block. If the lights go out you, thenyou may have a bad Master Cylinder. I took my switch out and recentered the groove, then pressed on the pedal - groved moved off center again (internal leak). Then I Jack up the rear, spun the tires by hand, wife pressed...

You should use a screen type filter on a suction side of the lift pump. Such as a NAPA one listed in the farm tractor section (IH and Deere).
the threads on the stock lift pump is 12mm x 1. 5. It is a straight thread and must be sealed with a washer or o ring. The VP44 may be the...
The speed the flasher works is based on current draw (number of bulbs). So you have a burn out bulb or corroded socket, bad wire, etc. Just do a walk around with the turn signals or 4 ways on. You already know what side, now you must find out front or rear.
Sylvania web site lists every...
