2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Emergency flasher problem.
I was incorrect the emergency flasher doesn't flash the parking lamp element in the bulb. I'd still try swapping the flashers to see if one is bad. Since, they are easily accessed in the fuse panel. If your flasher isn't bad I'd start checking fuses and wiring. On a side note I usually replace...- STorluemke

2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Emergency flasher problem.
I would suspect a bad bulb. Have you checked to see if the parking lamps all work? The bulb has two elements inside, one for the turn signal and the other for the parking light. I'm guessing that the emergency flasher flashes the parking lamp element. Please, correct me if I am wrong. You could...- STorluemke
