  • I am unsure if I want to nail the skinny pedal without the better valve springs, I don't want to pop anything in the process.

I will add springs to the list then put the turbo on before hitting the dyno, then I can feel a little better turning those RPM's.

Wonder what it would do on the dyno only going a little north of 2500 rpm?

Oh well, now it looks like time to find input on a bang for the buck turbo to kick it up several notches.

Take care bud and we will talk soon.

no problem. I know a turbo will really wake that truck up, that was the only mod holding it back from being explosive. Valve springs were never touched on it. Guy before me did the GSK mod when he did the fuel plate, but he really never took advantage of that mod and revved the motor over 2500rpm, nor did I. If you have any good videos or pics send them to me at kpaggioli@snet.net . Let me know what it dyno's, I'm interested to know. Good luck, and have a good one!
Thanks for the quick info fill Kyle, I am looking at either getting a larger single turbo or going for twins, I feel I want more power and since the fuel mods are there along with air and exhaust mods then the larger turbo would be my next best bang for buck mod.

I will be getting a FASS or Air Dog system and next week I am getting the silicone hoses with the better clamps for the added boost over stock.

The truck is a blast to drive and I am going to a local dyno day soon to see what she will really crank out, another thing I would like to find out is if there have been stronger valve springs installed due to the GSK mods. I didn't want to chance if the springs had not been upgraded.

Much appreciation for any info you are getting me and the peace of mind knowing of the injectors and KDP are comforting to know.

Ok, here is what exactly i know, ill try calling the previous owner.. they are marine 370's not sure on the brand ( i want to say bosh). the plate is most likely a 10, since he told me its not he most agressive and it should be slid all the way forward. The KDP has been done, he told me it was DEFFINETLY done, i dont have reciepts for it but I am taking his word since he is big into 12 valves and mods etc. Let me see what else I can dig up for you... what else you planning on doing to it?
    Whats up Kyle

Truck is working great and it has a leveling kit, PacBrake, 35" Toyo's, AR Mojave wheels, 3rd Gen Steering Upgrade and a few more items.

Could you please see if you can get a hold of the original owner to confirm if the Killer dowel Pin has been addressed, I have not been into the front case and just want to confirm or deny it as the truck I previously had resulted in this pin falling out and doing serious damage.

If possible can you find out the specs on the injectors, what brand and number plate, what mods have been done in the pump beyond the delivery valves and the 4GSK.

I would really appreciate any help possible finding out these specifics as it will help me with future mods that I am looking into.

Thanks for the correspondence and I am glad everything is getting better on your end.
