With 125K now showing, what is the recommended intake and exhaust clearance. No real problems, but have not had any adj. since about 30K. I think I want to see where they are and adj. if necessary to what you experts seem to think are the right/correct settings.
OK, what have you guys found to be the best all-a-round shock for a 2001 short box that also pulls a 29ft fiver some of the time. I currently have the original factory shocks at 112k.
Texas Diesel, I think the fan locked up because I heard it kick in and sound like a freight train. Will check for the blow-by from the bottle. Thank you!
Towed my 5er for the first time last weekend. I admit, pulling Monark Pass in CO is quite a pull in 80 deg temps, but I have never seen such engine temps. I was well able to keep my EGT's right where I wanted them during the pull but the engine temps. kept climbing to 240 just as I reached the...

First leak in 85K! Noticed leak, got under engine and saw evidence of a leak between the power steering pump and the vacum pump. I called local dodge boys who said if it is the pwr steering pump it will cost $380, if it is the vacuum pump it will be $2840!!!, and neither one would be covered...
87,000 thousand turns and the only problem I have ever had, and still deal with, is the famous right pull in the front end. Other than that, the truck just keeps pullin as a daily driver. Original lift pump.
Last night I brought up the site and at the top was one of the very many ad's (can't remember which one) that among other things talked an extra lift pump.
This is a new idea to me but it can not be to all of you experts. What do you think about two lift pumps? Will there be to much pressure...
Thank you,
Banks will divide up the kit if you already have some of the items. I do agree totally, bang for the buck and if you can get the same for less, then by all means. I do ,although, like the idea/neatness of all the same... ...
Again, thanks for all the comments and thoughts!
