    Cleaned all terminals ( positive and negative) checked and cleaned all other grounds, cleaned all connections in fuse box under hood, checked all fuses with multimeter.     I just bought a 1999 Dodge 3500 4x4 dually 5.9 Cummins 24 valve from my family. It was my dads prior to his death. Truck has been sitting for approximately 12 years.
