I didn't get a Calendar w/ the NEW TDR that came yesterday? Just a Geno's Garage handout??

My 2004 3500 5.9 recently quit while driving home. The trouble codes that i pulled were P0088 fuel rail pressure signal above maximum limit, p0148 high pressure common rail (HPCR) checksum and P0483 fan speed. Any ideas on what is the problem?
