Uconnect 8.4 with Nav - The top line on the phone screen has 5 spots for pre-set phone numbers. I have set the numbers about 4 times and it seems that they are not permanent. When I restart the car the next morning the pre-sets are blank. Any suggestions on how to permanently set them.

Dealer fixed the problem. DTC U0212 & U0124-00 found. SCCM (steering column control module) defective and replaced.

Did the SEBS message come on and stay on for 1/2 mile or did it flash on, then off, so fast that the message was very difficult to read as mine did. Over a 1/2 mile track it might flash 2-3 times. The TCM msg mimics the SEBS. I might drive 800 miles before it happens again or it might happen...

Thanks again NWatchel. Dealer claims he did a full electrical systems test including load test of batteries and it showed no problems. The vehicle is all stock with no aftermarket electrical equipment. My inclination is that it may be a loose connection but again in 7500miles of driving there...
