Almost 150k on my 06 now. Just replaced wear and tear items, ball joints, shocks, water pump, and just replaced stock front brake pads not long ago.

Its pressed in with an oring around it to seal it.

Drivers side window control is a known issue on these trucks. They go out often on 03-05 models.

Ran this for about a year on my 06 cummins. Its in great shape with clean filter. Polished tube, dry filter, and cold air wall. $200

Just make sure if you run over about 30lbs of fuel pressure you will need a billet cap for the stock filter housing.

Ordered a twin turbo kit over a month ago and got the exhaust manifold in within a week, a few weeks later all the piping came in and just today he told me the s475 should have shipped. So hopefully next week I'll be sporting twins.

I must have gotten a good one because over the years I seen alot of guys say they never made it to 20k with theirs. I had the banks six gun with the palm for gauges on my 06. Had to remove it a couple years ago because something finally went bad in the module causing injector harness codes.

Lets hope not. I don't really race or sled pull and generally drive like I got some since but rolling burnouts will be fun!

Ordered an S475 (92-1.10) and pipe kit to add to my silver 62 I currently have. Making over 650 rwhp now so hoping to be closer to 750-800 range with these together. What you guys think? Hopefully have it all together in a few weeks.

Well the good thing is that band is adjusted from the outside of the transmission. Drivers side is a big lock nut with a 5mm allen bolt that needs to be torqued to 72 in lbs then lock nut back down.

Sounds like you need at least a good single disk convertor (gorend, suncoast), a shift kit (transgo), and maybe billet input shaft.
