Ok. I have found a guy that has a Jig and will do it for me for 150. 00. He will not lone it out. Unless you guys and find me one to use I guess I will make the drive to Ga.

Are there any instruction out there that walk you through installation and parts list for tabbing the KDP. I don't think mine is out yet but don't want to take any chances. Tommy:eek:

Thanks for the input. do any of you have a jig or know where I can get one. How long would it take to tab it. Reason I ask is I think the seal around the cover is bad. there is oil and gunk on the btm of the engine starting at the front. But then the bolts could just be lose. . Any help on...

Question, I have 210k on my CTD and have never heard about a KDP until I started read and joined TDR. Should I even worry about it now with so many miles and not having a problem?
