    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) fuel pump

    have 1998.5 ram 2500 with air dog raptor block mounted pump. pump went bad will be replacing pump. my question is I here the problem with this pump they don't like to pull fuel that far from the tank. will it help to install a supplemental pump by fuel tank to push fuel to the raptor?

    yes 4 wire plug and I used to here it come on momentarily when I turned ignition on. with all the posts I read the raptor comes in 2 version 1 with and 1 without in tank pump I bough the truck almost 4 years ago and it came that way. was told by previous owner that ha adjusted raptor to 23psi...

    in tank lift pump not working. also bully dog raptor transfer pump not working I have power to raptor but still no fuel pressure. could in tank pump failure cause raptor to go bad? any suggestions 1998.5 dodge ram 2500 24 valve with raptor,edge programmer
