I received the recall notice (not long after coughing up for a new SCR), stating to wait for another letter when parts are available. I did my own recall search last week and didn't see anything. I will be going for a refund for the SCR, tooth and nail with the history of previous wasted effort...
Can't say whether it's during a Regen, but definitely always hisses on acceleration, and always squeals on deceleration (in full ex brake mode, with or without load).
No fumes noted, cab Co2 alarm hasn't sounded.

Update, got under and found the filler hose was pliable/empty and it was just the funnel inside the filler was frozen. Did the hair dryer routine and it eventually melted. Got a jug of fluid in and the level guage went up to 1/4. I had never filled it before, so I suppose the dealer had it too...
