    I just dropped it off, so maybe it was shorter. I just went to work and waited for the call. Dealership here seems swamped all the time, so who knows?! :confused:

    Well, easier than I thought. Dealer had it done in 6 hours and back to me. Just wish they hadn't left the drained radiator fluid all under the bottom of the front end, but it's a truck. Hose it off and keep rolling. Good luck to those who get it fixed.

    Just dropped my 2014 RAM 2500 CC off today at dealer for the recall on the pump. Just bought truck with only 28k on the clock and don't seem to have any issues, but recall had not been performed yet-I knew this. Called service manager last night before I arrived and said they had a pump...
