Next time I'll just pull the engine I'm buying an engine puller soon ! I'm also changing the harmonic balancer to a Fluid Damper soon as my Dual CP3 kit comes from Industrial Injection .

I deleted my 08 Dually and it was totally worth it. My truck runs way better with better gas mileage and more power and no smoke on tune 1-3 so it runs way better without all that crap on it. I have the badge on the tailgate and thats about it lol

Yes loosen the transmission mounts but don't take them off. Put a heavy duty jack on the harmonic balancer and I would suggest you use some 2x4s first and jack the motor up a little bit. Then take the motor mount bolts off and jack the motor up 6 inches. You will have to move all the wiring...

I used the TorqueKing on my 08 Dually and sanded the axle housing smooth and greased the seals and they have been leak free for 2yrs. I watched this video and it helped me out

I just experienced my First Diesel valve lash and installing Hamilton 105lb Valve Spirngs, Hamilton Extreme Duty Push Rods and XDP Billet Valve Bridges . It was a handfull LOL

I had to cut down my intercooler pipe and bought a EastWood Bead Roller to re roll the bead on the pipe. I also bought 2 Amazon black exhaust tips and installed them and moved the driver's side exhaust pipe over a couple inches because it was rubbing on the rear shock . Anyone with turbos needs...
