    Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) truck acts like it has a govener

    sorry about that is a 2500 quad cab 4x4 with 3. 55 gears. The dealer said that they changed it because there was good fuel pressure to the pump but when it came out the other side it was to low. where is a apps located and is that still covered on the engine warrenty.

    I'm new to this. I need some help from you guys! I have a 01 24valve completely stock 5spd, 93,000 mi on it.
