I have looked at the blue chip website and have actually been trading emails back and forth with the owner I believe. He seemed confused as to what was going on aswell after I explained everything I have done and checked already.

So my crank sensor should be okay as my tach still works and I have no check engine light

The truck starts like it used to and the tach works fine but to kinda add to this is that the first "new pump" I had would take 20-30 seconds to start the truck no matter what and then this new pump I was sent the truck starts in 2-3 seconds which is great. But yes the tachometer works.

I hooked a scanner to it and the throttle is at 0% and while slowly pressing the accelerator it begins to rise with no Hesitation in % all the way to 100% and back down to 0% with no stutter

I hooked up a scanner and read the live data but nothing looks odd to my knowledge and it had no history codes or present check engine codes. I will hook the scanner up again and see what I can find

It is a freshly rebuilt pump as thoroughbred claims. And I will check the crank sensor in a bit. It has a new car sensor already so I think that's okay
