Companion hitch works great I have a 2006 Dodge Dually Mega-Cab and the companion hitch works fine... I pull a 2010 37 foot Montana Mountaineer... . it has the tapered front end and allows enough clearance to make u-turns or back into tight spots... . I am always carefull to watch and make...

After doing research on this and other forums I decided to go with the B&W Companion hitch to use the B&W gooseneck hitch already in the truck I just bought. 2006 Dodge Mega Cab DRW short box. I was worried about cab clearance on tight turns. The idiot salesman told me to go with the gooseneck...
