Rail Pressure low only at temps below 40 degrees

It's sort of a programming issue. This is a normal thing for 2003 trucks and I think maybe 2004 trucks. The only way to fix it is to switch to HP Tuners so you can control more of the ECM tables. I haven't messed without UDC PRO but I know you can't fix it with regular UDC. If you could data log...

Smarty SSR and UDC Main Dongle

Unlocked Smarty SSR 03-07 and VIN locked UDC Main Dongle. You would need a VIN dongle to get started self-tuning, or if you plan on someone else tuning for you. I think most tuners include the VIN dongle in their pricing. $500 shipped.

If you want to replace the ball joints every 40-50k miles then don't go with Carli or Dynatracs. I replaced the OEMs with Napas and they were shot after 50k. Also, check with...

It's time for the dreaded front end maintenance...

I replaced the upper and lower ballpoints and tie rods last summer. Went with Carli BJs and Moog Tie Rods/sleeves. I don't regret the Carlis one bit. The engineering design is amazing and far superior to any normal OEM replacement you'll find - first replacement was Napa Golds. They also have a...

    2003 Dodge 5.9 diesel NV5600 knock/tap/clatter, Ideas?

Before I did my valve adjustment I had a slight tick at idle, but it wasn't noticeable under higher loads or RPMs, and it didn't sound like the noise you are experiencing. What you are experiencing sounds like the tick everyone talks about with their CP3. I would keep reclocking your CP3 30...
