Thank's for your post Chris! Do you know wich firm/firms to contact when it comes to parts for the transmission mod and the converter swap? Do you know what the maximum hp with the original turbo is? Here in Sweden it's quite easy to get hold of a Holset HX 40 or bigger, 50, 52, 55 etc...

When you say billet internals You mean the torque converter? I have been told to change the lift pump just as You say but what is the CP3 pump, is it the main pump? (dummies level :-laf ) In what way do you mod it? Which maximum hp can the original turbo perform?
