Put the cylinder on top dead center that you are installing the springs on. The piston comes all the way to the top of the cylinder and will hold the power valves up. Just make SURE the cylinder you are working on is atTDC.

EGT did not exceed 1400 for anything over maybe 5 seconds, was runnig about 36 pounds of boost running approx 2800 RPM 5th and over 105 miles per hour. oil pressure is fine water temp came up to about 220 and dropped right back of to 190. getting allot of blue smoke out the exhaust.

Help! Found oil in coolant tonight, Overflow bottle blew oil out all over side of engine compartment. Could this be the head gasket or the oil cooler, where is the oil cooler located on a 1998 12 valve. Is it located in the crankcase. Any help would be appreciated.
