    Question on "Core" charges

    The other guys explained why in the above posts. This is how it works: You want a part that costs $10 but there is a $5 core charge. This means you pay $15. Then you bring in the old part (that's still rebuildable), and you get your $5 core charge back.

    Trouble spots with 3rd Gen's

    Thought that I would report the same problem on mine. Wore a hole through the radiator at 47K miles. Mine is an early build '03 2500. I have a very good friend that owns a shop and he found an aluminum welder to repair it for me after he pulled it. Total cost to weld it was around $75. Thank...
