I put the 285/70/17 E Nitto's on 10days ago. No problems at all so far. Looks great, run smooth and quiet for an agressive on/off road tread. Will keep you posted on them as I get more miles on them.

Forgot to mention the Nitto Terra Grapplers were the largest E rated tire with an on road / off road traction that I was looking for. Per Nitto's website the tire is listed at 3750 @ 80 PSI. As an earlier poster put it, more tire pressure equals stiffer side walls. For towing heavy loads, IMO...

I have been trying to figure out what tire to upgrade to as well. One thing that I keep reading about and reading on TDR is the rim width limitations on stock wheels. My 2004 has 17x8 rims and most of the larger E rated tires start at 8. 5in. Not sure if that was a problem or not, but wanted to...
