Hey Steved, I have the same exact dents on my '05. I first noticed it after unloading a bed full of gravel. I thought it might of been caused by me shutting the gate on a couple rocks and binding but its the same sharp dent as yours but on both left and right sides. I guess its not good to stand...
I thought these trucks, the '05 at least, came from the factory with pure synthetic and thats why they take so long to break in and get decent mpg. I'm getting ready for my first oil change at 7k and am now wondering if I should use amsoil or dinosaur oil.
Hey CMNS PWR, what do the tires actually rub on? Something that can be trimmed or modified? I really love the turning radius of my truck and don't want to sacrafice it.
I have an '05 qc 4x4 and want to run 35 x 12. 50's on 17x9's but I can only find them with 4. 625" back spacing on rims I like. How bad will these rub with the 2" leveling kit and what would I need to trim to prevent rubbing? Or would I be better off just using Hummer wheels?
