Thanks y'all. I'm going to stack it. Do you have any suggestions on what exhaust to go with?

    Stacks (Should I or Shouldn't I)???

I was just wondering if any of you 3rd gen owners have stacks on your rigs. If so how do they sound. I'm thinking about putting them on mine just haven't decided yet. Oh yeah also how do you get your truck specs to show up when you make a posting.

    Done messed up!

It is something that can be put back in if I decide to right? I'm assuming that there is a snap ring or something that has to be removed to get the silencer out.

    Done messed up!

Does it hurt anything to take the Silencer ring out?

    limited slip question

My truck would do the exact same thing. Sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldn't. The only problem is when I need both to move is the time when it wouldn't. However at 40,000 miles things seem to be better. I don't know if maybe it just had to break in or what. I was in a mud hole the other...

    I-40, Nevada to Nashville/Flip

Hey Les, I was told by a diesel tech in Pampa TX that our trucks like a little higher RPM. He said that the sweet spot was right between 2100 and 2400 RPM. Of course that means that you will be speeding, but you should see some fuel economy advantages. I went from 13. 8 to about 16 MPG (by...

    Ticking and #5 injector line

From what I've been told it should. I think the only problem would be if it sticks open. Does it sound kinda like a rod knocking?

    Ticking and #5 injector line

I would venture to say that yes it is a bad injector. I drive an '04 and just had my number 5 replaced a little over two months ago, and it seems to be a pretty common thing with these new Cummins.

The best tires for my '03 4x4

I wasn't really impressed with my Rugged Trails. I have noticed that the aftermarket seems to be catching up though. I saw Parnelli Jones Dirt Grips in the stock size for $176 a piece. They seem to have better lug seperation and may be worth checking out. I think that those are going to be my...
