    Hard Starting

    Experts: '03 Dodge Cummins (211,000); code P0480 and will not start. Once I clear the code with 10-15 sec of crank it starts and runs good with no noticable problems. R2 the lift pump as a precaution no change. Checked Vistronic Fan fuse (good), cannot seem to find the relay (?). No exhaust...
