I have been running a Mechanical fan clutch for several years here in Az with no issues. I have pulled my 43ft toyhauler all over Az and has never had cooling issues.
I havent noticed any change in ac performance.. Just my personal experience.
Installed the stage 3 snow performace on my truck while running the edge juice with attitude cts3 setup.. Its pretty straight forward on the install except the intructions on the selonoid install is kind of misleading.. I called the tech support at nitrous express and got it taken care of.. I...
I used to mow 6 acers with a 60 commercial toro zero turn.. loved it
if I was in the market for another one I would look at Dixie Chopper. They have the slope warning indicators built into them.
Here in AZ some days the temps are pushing 115+-. The mechanical fan clutch engages at a lower temp than the stock clutch which will start cooling the temps sooner especially when towing. The radiator has been flushed and cleaned , new thermostat, new water pump..Since installing the mech...
I don't know if anyone else has tried this, but I just replaced my mine this set up,and noticed a big difference in my engine temps..

I had the 70 mph vibration right after i bought my truck new.. I spaced the center carrier down 1 inch and vibration has not been back... IMO the center carrier is to far from where the two drive shafts connect, and spacing it down lesse
Yes sir, I work with a guy who replaced his and asked me why his was making a noise. I had to remind him it didn't take power steering fluid , but ATF instead.
My 04 has universal joints on each end or the front drive shaft and 2 universal joints on the concentric bearing in the middle of the front drive shaft.
This may sound dumb.. but they did use ATF to refill after installing the new pump, and not powersteering fluid? Not sure what brand pump they installed, but the factory pump takes ATF..Just a thought
